Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring efficient performance and achievement of program goals. Duties include rent collections and documentation, processing resident applications, conducting move-ins/outs with program compliance, enforcing Fair Housing rules, coordinating staff training and resources, performing regular property inspections, handling maintenance requests promptly, communicating with leadership, housing authorities, and external clients, scheduling and completing projects, and analyzing expenses to maximize profits while maintaining quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s Degree
- Certifications: Any Affordable Housing Certification
- Experience: 2+ years of housing experience
- Physical Abilities: able to lift up to 50 pounds, ability to walk various surfaces; exposure to chemicals with PPE as needed
- Interpersonal Abilities: leadership, teamwork, integrity, communication, critical thinking, financial and staffing document understanding
Desired Qualifications

- 2+ years of housing experience
- Associate’s Degree
- Valid Driver’s License
