Job Summary
Site Manager will directly manage all nursing clinical functions at the designated regional site, driving initiatives that improve patient access, engagement, and clinical outcomes across service lines (psychiatry, MAT, ID, PC, SRH). Responsibilities include overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and seamless administrative support, leading process improvements, coaching and developing team members, coordinating with leadership on metrics and program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with state/federal standards and evidence-based practice, and supporting vaccine validity and temperature excursion measures. The role involves incident reporting, recruitment and retention planning, and collaboration with facilities, IT, security, vendors, and leaders to maintain safe, compliant, and efficient site operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Valid unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio
- 4+ years of experience in an ambulatory, acute, residential or inpatient psychiatry
- 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience in healthcare (preferred)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
