Job Summary
Site Manager - Registered Nurse for a correctional facility operation. Oversees nursing and clerical personnel, staffing decisions, supervisory functions, and compliance with policies; conducts audits and prepares monthly reports; coordinates with jail administration and external providers; includes payroll oversight, performance evaluations, and ensuring licensure and credentialing are current. Requires active nursing license in the applicable state, BLS certification, excellent documentation skills, and knowledge of nursing scope of practice. May travel and is a full-time on-site role at the facility.
Required Qualifications
