Job Summary

Oversee delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment across occupied social housing properties in Slough. Manage day-to-day site operations for planned works programmes, coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, maintain RAMS and records, promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with Building Regulations and statutory requirements, and liaise with Resident Liaison Officers to minimise tenant disruption while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • A valid SMSTS qualification
  • CSCS card in site management
  • A recognised building/trade qualification
  • Asbestos Awareness Certification
  • Must hold current valid driving license
  • Recognised qualifications and or work experience regarding Fire Assessment surveying and remedial works
