Site Manager Perrysburg

Provide overall leadership for ensuring the safe, cost-effective, efficient, and environmentally responsible production of products at the NBO facility in alignment with business plans and company objectives. Accountable for all aspects of site performance and all personnel on site. Responsible for building organizational capability, driving strategic execution, and sustaining a high-performing, people-centered culture. Participate as a member of the APS Americas Manufacturing Management Team and collaborate across sites and functions to advance manufacturing strategy and performance. Establish a strong, visible leadership presence across the site, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and engagement at all levels of the organization. A Day in the Life includes planning, capital & resource management, and ensuring effective application of performance management processes and employee development programs. The role requires a minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience, minimum 8 years of leadership experience in supervisory or management roles, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (preferred, or equivalent). Proficiency with MS Office 365, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, reliability practices, planning, and continuous improvement methodologies. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills, and the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
