Job Summary
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will oversee on-site operations, manage personnel, and maintain a safe, productive work environment. You will coordinate with subcontractors and ensure the timely completion of tasks while enforcing safety protocols and conducting quality control inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification (preferred)
