Job Summary
Site Manager (On-site) at a clinical research site in Lilburn, GA. Oversees site operations, trains staff, coordinates with Directors of Operations and cross-functional teams, leads enrollment and patient-recruitment strategies across multiple therapeutic areas, serves as primary CRC on several studies, conducts staff performance reviews, ensures protocol compliance and quality, manages study documentation, and supports QA processes. Requires strong leadership, project management, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on clinical skills (vitals, EKG, blood draws); travel to other locations may be required and IQVIA policies govern operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have clinical skills experience with patients to obtain vitals and perform procedures such as blood draws, EKG, etc.
- Must demonstrate the ability to fulfill responsibilities of CRC Level II
- Extensive knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Superior knowledge and experience of site operations and the drug development process
