Job Summary
Manage car wash site operations to drive membership sales and meet site revenue goals. Oversee site financial accounting, invoicing, labor, and cash reconciliation; maintain inventory of chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms. Communicate with District/Market Manager; assess and resolve vehicle-damage, safety, and customer or employee issues. Lead staffing, training, and performance of the site team and support staff; administer feedback and disciplinary actions as needed in partnership with Human Resources. Maintain understanding of site equipment, perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot on-site equipment, and ensure safety and policy compliance. Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication at all times and handle other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales or leadership experience
- Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation
- Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in an outdoor climate during seasonal weather conditions
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Able to pass a contingent background screening
