Job Summary
The Site Manager, Occupational Health & Safety plays a key leadership role in managing Kimberly-Clark’s occupational health and safety programs. The position involves ensuring legal compliance, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and providing training on occupational health topics. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have over seven years of experience in health and safety management within a manufacturing context, including a minimum of three years in a leadership position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence behaviors positively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, or a related field
- 7 plus years of experience in safety, occupational health and industrial hygiene management within a manufacturing environment
- 3 plus years of experience in a leadership, management, or supervisory role
- Strong communications, interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence behaviors/outcomes without direct authority
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing or possessing relevant Professional Certifications (e.g., PE, CIH, CSP, HMM, NEBOSH, etc.)
- Previous experience with a consumer products organization
