Job Summary
Manage site teams, work activities, and resources to meet individual contract requirements while ensuring zero defects, on-time delivery, and strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols. Lead the selection of site personnel and subcontractors, collate preconstruction information, and verify all work complies with legal and statutory standards. Identify hazards, implement risk assessments, and create master programmes to manage multiple live locations. Collaborate with the Contracts Manager on documentation, reports, estimates, bids, and tenders to maintain budget requirements. Hold a Full UK driving licence, SMSTS or NVQ, and DBS check to travel daily across Workington, Whitehaven, Egremont, Maryport, and Wigton.
Required Qualifications
- experience in Planned refurbishment Works, within Social Housing/tenanted properties
- good working knowledge of Internal and External refits
- Managing a few sites at any given time
- Commercial awareness ensuring costs are meeting budget requirements
- Great communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- SMSTS or associated NVQ
- confident with IT
- proficient in MS Office
- DBS check
