Job Summary
Act as the Owner's representative on site, coordinating the supervision team and managing the day-to-day relationship with the shipyard. Monitor construction progress, quality, and schedule while leading technical meetings to resolve issues and track non-conformities. Prepare regular progress reports and support harbour, sea, and final vessel delivery. Join the owner's supervision team for a major newbuilding RoRo vessel construction project in China, with mobilization planned for the second half of 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or equivalent
- Significant experience supervising newbuilding projects
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams on shipyard projects
- Good knowledge of Classification Society requirements
- Fluent English
