Site Manager

Supervise delivery teams during excavation, backfill, and reinstatement works from project handover to completion. Attend all sites to disseminate the Construction Phase Plan, brief team leaders on statutory CDM and ENW standards, and manage street works permits and traffic conditions. Complete daily measures of works for weekly payments, conduct toolbox talks, and liaise with traffic management and local authorities to pre-plan and minimize disruption. Promote the BE:SAFE culture by reporting safety issues per company procedures. Success is measured against HSEQ performance, programme delivery, and customer satisfaction.
