Job Summary
Site Manager oversees daily and long-term administrative and strategic operations of a healthcare facility. Leads a dedicated team to maintain a positive patient experience, optimize resource utilization, and achieve clinic operational goals. Responsibilities include strategic planning with senior leaders, overseeing scheduling and staff, ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), managing the clinic budget and billing processes, monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes, vendor relations, and staff development. Requires collaboration with Regional Director of Operation, COO, and Physicians; heavy emphasis on patient-centered care, continuous improvement, and regulatory adherence. On-site role with travel 25% within the geographic region; typical work week Monday–Friday, with responsibilities spanning hiring, training, performance evaluations, and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree in healthcare, administration, business management, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Must be onsite at assigned clinic(s), M-F during operating hours
