Job Summary
Direct work schedules, assign personnel to routes, and inspect the physical condition of the establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance. Audit inventories, analyze budget requests to identify cost reductions, and maintain financial reports covering labor hours, overhead, and billing. Investigate new equipment methods, review customer service requests to determine malfunctions, and coordinate program specifications for proposals and contracts. Ensure site compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while directing supervisory management and acting as a liaison between company, customers, and subcontractors. Some travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 2 – 5 years of experience
