Site Manager - Little Rock

Lead property and facilities development, management, and maintenance activities aligned with company strategy. Provide overall leadership and oversight of site operations to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective manufacturing performance. Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost competitiveness. Develop and execute site strategies, capital projects, and long-range plans to support growth and capacity. Manage site financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, operating costs, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, ISO, quality systems, and regulatory requirements while maintaining audit readiness. Lead, develop, and mentor site personnel through talent management, succession planning, and performance development. Partner with commercial, supply chain, quality, engineering, and corporate stakeholders to support customer requirements and business objectives. Oversee manufacturing assets, facilities, labor relations, and service providers to ensure long-term reliability and operational success.
