Job Summary
Lead daily site operations by designing and leading age-appropriate program activities, fostering member engagement, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. Supervise staff and volunteers through direct oversight, performance evaluations, and professional development training. Manage the site budget, collect fees, and complete financial reports while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and medical needs. Represent the organization professionally by communicating with parents, schools, and community partners, and plan special events and field trips. Collaborate with other clubs, assist in recruitment, and maintain CPR certification. Requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of experience, and ability to travel across Central MN sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and/or training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective group leadership and understanding of group dynamics
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Broad knowledge of youth development program areas
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites in Central MN (St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Clear Lake, St. Joseph, Little Falls)
- Must meet vehicle operation requirements as defined by the organization's insurer
- Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check
- Must maintain current CPR and First Aid certification
