Job Summary
Lead site delivery teams to ensure safe, timely execution of concurrent projects while complying with CDM legislation and client standards. Provide health and safety leadership, conduct daily activity briefings, and perform regular safety audits to maintain high behavioral safety levels. Manage project risks, coordinate subcontractors, order materials, and ensure all works meet British Standards and quality requirements. Maintain accurate records of works and expenditure, report KPIs and incidents, and liaise with the project manager to deliver snag-free outcomes. Support commercial performance and foster strong client relationships to protect company reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified in a related trade, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, roofing etc.
- At least 10 years industry experience
- Demonstrable career, ideally working on Design and Build infrastructure, civil engineering, fabric or fit out projects for well-established clients
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- City & Guilds /NVQ construction related qualification
- JIB / BESA
- Must be available for on-site location in Barnoldswick, GBR
