Job Summary
Field set up and breakdown for game day events, manage part-time staff and volunteer coaches, and supervise overall venue operations to ensure programs run on schedule. Organize game day equipment, maintain venue cleanliness, and demonstrate core sportsmanship values while consistently delivering superior customer service. Work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and evenings for the full season duration. This role supports i9 Sports' mission to reinvent the youth sports experience with a focus on fun and safety across 500 communities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships

- Experience working with kids
