Site Manager to oversee game-day operations at a venue for i9 Sports, managing field setup/breakdown, supervising part-time staff and volunteer coaches, ensuring programs run on schedule, promoting Sportsmanship values, organizing equipment, and maintaining a clean, high-energy, customer-service oriented environment; requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to handle varied schedules including nights/weekends, and a focus on safety and positive relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
