Job Summary
Site Manager oversees game-day operations at a venue for i9 Sports, leading field setup/breakdown, supervising part-time staff and volunteer coaches, ensuring programs run on schedule, upholding sportsmanship values, organizing equipment and venue cleanliness, delivering strong customer service, and filling in as a Sport Instructor when needed. Responsibilities include selling concessions and taking photos during practices/games, completing end-of-day reports, and uploading pictures. The role requires high energy, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to manage varied schedules including weekends and some evenings; a National Criminal Background Check is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
