Job Summary
Lead the Shopfloor team of up to 600 people and the Leadership Team at our new hybrid fulfillment center in Falkensee, overseeing all warehouse processes and operational capacity planning. Drive continuous improvement through Lean methods, problem-solving workshops, and empowering teams to implement optimizations in new SOPs. Ensure workplace safety compliance with legal guidelines and quality standards while collaborating with Site Managers across Germany, the Netherlands, and France. Manage the onboarding for the July 2025 launch, with flexibility to start earlier at existing locations in Ludwigsfelde or Oberhausen. Join an international team supporting Europe's modern automated food fulfillment network.
Required Qualifications
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor/Master Studium idealerweise in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Supply Chain
- 10 Jahre umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich der automatisierten Lagerhaltung in großem Maßstab
- mehr als 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Lean Management und/oder Wertstromdesign, einschließlich einschlägiger Zertifizierungen
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Führung von Teams mit mehr als 500 Mitarbeitenden und Entwicklung von Führungskräften
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Versierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse-Tools (Tableau, Excel, usw.)
