Job Summary
Site Manager for DashMart distribution center in North Olmsted, OH. Lead and develop a high-performing team (Shift Leads and Operations Associates), own day-to-day warehouse operations, schedule and manage labor budgets, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, building a positive culture, achieving site-level metric goals (order accuracy, fulfillment speed), collaborating with inventory and training teams, identifying inefficiencies through data, and executing process-improvement projects. Requires 3+ years of leadership in high-volume operations, ability to manage a 24/7 operation across multiple shifts, strong data and Excel skills, ownership mindset, and flexibility for late-night/weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations)
- college degree, or relevant professional work experience
