Job Summary
Manage in-field and warehouse operations for Voi's Paris site, overseeing daily logistics, repair activities, and facility management. Pilot operational performance by monitoring KPIs, optimizing workforce planning, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure fleet availability through effective maintenance protocols and guarantee compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to execute budget goals and recruit necessary team members. Work 90% of the time on-site to support Voi's mission as Europe's leading micromobility operator.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, production or similar
- Experience managing a large team of people
- Understanding of business management, financial principles and MS Office, G-Suite
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work and structure your work independently with little management oversight
- Ability to be on the warehouse site up to 90% of your time
- Ability to travel to the markets/warehouses which you are responsible for when needed
