Job Summary
Manage and develop a high-performing operational team while supervising daily field and warehouse activities to ensure smooth execution. Pilot operational KPIs, implement continuous improvement plans, and guarantee the achievement of site objectives regarding quality, safety, and budget. Optimize human resource planning, maintain fleet availability through effective vehicle maintenance, and ensure infrastructure and equipment functionality. Collaborate with local and international teams to enhance operations while strictly adhering to health, safety, and risk prevention rules. Work primarily on-site to support Voi's mission as Europe's leading micromobility company, directly impacting urban sustainability across 100 cities.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of experience in team management in the logistics, operations, production sectors or a similar environment
- comfortable with KPI steering, budget management and continuous improvement
- autonomy, organization and a strong sense of initiative
- excellent interpersonal qualities and ability to rally people around common goals
- fluent in French and English
- willing to spend the majority of your time on the operational site
