Job Summary
Senior Site Manager responsible for onsite execution of large-scale ground-up multifamily developments exceeding 500 units in Brooklyn, leading field operations from pre-construction through completion. Owns projects, maintains daily operational control across large active jobsites, coordinates subcontractors and field teams, drives scheduling and sequencing, ensures alignment with milestones and ownership expectations, holds teams accountable for execution standards, resolves coordination and construction issues quickly, and partners with ownership and senior leadership to provide visibility into progress, risks, and challenges. Requires proven leadership in high-pressure construction environments, strong communication, and the ability to drive operation across the full project lifecycle. Yiddish speaking preferred; onsite in Brooklyn, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience overseeing ground-up multifamily developments exceeding 500 units
- Strong field operations and pre-construction experience
- Ability to lead large active jobsites with multiple trades simultaneously
- Experience driving scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination at scale
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
- Yiddish speaking preferred
- Must be onsite in Brooklyn, NY
- Ground-up multifamily construction experience
- Experience overseeing 500+ unit developments
- Strong onsite operational leadership
