Job Summary
Act on site as the main interface between customers, authorities, subcontractors and project site personnel in all technical and administrative matters; lead construction teams on a day-to-day basis; monitor project performance with regard to cost, schedule, technical advisory services, HSE and quality; ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and guidelines; maintain daily communication with customers, subcontractors and internal back-office teams.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in site management
- Strong technical knowledge in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, including MV/LV switchgear, transformers and gas-insulated switchgear (GIS)
- Familiarity with F-gas regulations and applicable safety standards for handling pressurised hazardous substances is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with experience in coordinating multiple teams and understanding project scopes and requirements
- Fluent English required, German is an advantage
