Job Summary
Field set up and breakdown for game day events, manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches, and oversee the overall operation of a venue to ensure programs run on schedule. Organize game day equipment, maintain venue cleanliness, and demonstrate core sportsmanship concepts while consistently delivering superior customer service. Work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and evenings for the full season duration. This role supports i9 Sports' mission to provide a fun, safe, and community-focused youth sports experience for families across the country.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with kids
- Experience 'Wowing' customers
