Job Summary
Manage all aspects of your assigned area or territory by supervising operations, establishing policies, and providing leadership to managers and supervisors. Ensure quality control expectations are met, maintain payroll records, and order inventory while training employees on proper cleaning procedures. Create estimates and workload bids if possible, and respond quickly to issues to prevent escalation. This role involves overseeing janitorial services across various facility types including offices, warehouses, schools, and universities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years managing in the service (janitorial) industry
- Must have a working knowledge of MS Suite
- Have the ability to demonstrate expertise in the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Must have the ability to lead people and obtain results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask is a must
