Site Manager France (m/f/d)

Drive end-to-end responsibility for productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency at the French site. Manage performance through KPIs including OEE, lead time, OTIF, scrap rate, and inventory turnover while building a high-performance culture focused on ownership and continuous improvement. Lead Lean management, process optimization, and integration of production and logistics. Own the site-related purchasing strategy regarding cost, quality, and supply security, ensuring transparency on supplier performance and cost development. Handle budget responsibility and resource planning reporting per group standards. This role requires several years of leadership experience in production, operations, or supply chain with a proven track record in Lean management and an analytical, KPI-driven approach.
