Job Summary
The Site Manager is accountable for leading operations at a Spotless Brands location, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, driving site-level financial performance, maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards, leading staffing and training initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage team performance, and effective communication. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a degree in business or management. The position may require flexibility in hours and includes various physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail, service, or automotive environment
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role
- Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to execute hiring practices in accordance with company policies
