Job Summary
Site Manager with responsibility for leading daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality car wash experiences, driving site profitability, and developing a high-performing team. Key duties include enforcing SOPs and safety protocols, maintaining a customer-ready site, coordinating with facilities and corporate teams on equipment issues, managing hiring practices and payroll data, scheduling, timekeeping, and labor policies, delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with the local community, and achieving site-level revenue and cost targets. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and adapt to varying site types (Express, Full-Service, Flex). Knowledge of basic financials, inventory management, safety/compliance standards, and experience across high-volume, customer-facing settings are valued; flexibility for evenings/weekends and the potential for different site configurations is noted.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail, service, or automotive environment is strongly preferred but not required
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role (e.g., fuel handling, OSHA requirements) where applicable
- Demonstrated experience managing teams, staffing schedules, and daily operational workflows
