Job Summary
Oversee site operations in Dublin City Centre, ensuring fit-out projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standard. Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain while managing resources against the construction program. Report progress to Project Managers and work closely with the QS on upcoming issues. Foster amicable relations with design teams and clients to meet expectations. Maintain health and safety standards and ensure contracts are completed snag-free. This role suits candidates with a background in fit-out construction and experience managing teams under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution
- Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project, (or similar scheduling package)
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Keen eye for finishes
- proven track record of delivering projects on time
- good communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Self-starter with good judgment when working under pressure
- Good manager with the ability to motivate and drive the workforce
- Commercially conscious individual who demonstrates market and competitor awareness
- background in Fit-Out
