Job Summary
Oversee site erection, piping, and mechanical installation activities for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery projects in Qatar. Plan and monitor daily site operations to ensure timely completion while coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and engineering teams. Execute work per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules, managing manpower, equipment, and resources. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project requirements by reviewing technical issues and conducting site inspections. Prepare daily and weekly reports, lead site meetings, and support commissioning and handover activities. Requires B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 15–20 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in mechanical construction/site management
- Strong experience in site erection and piping works
- Must have experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and/or Refinery projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and piping activities
- Good understanding of project schedules, drawings, specifications, and construction procedures
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and teams effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Qatar/GCC experience is preferred
