Job Summary
Develop and implement operational policies, strategies, and procedures to meet company goals and performance targets. Manage budgets, costs, and revenues to achieve contractual P&L objectives. Lead and audit incident investigations to ensure quality and continuous improvement in safety performance. Oversee the full employee life cycle from onboarding to release while maintaining a respectful workplace culture. Build strong relationships with operational clients through proactive communication and collaborate with cross-functional teams including HSE, HR, and Finance. This safety-sensitive position requires a Journeyperson Trades certificate, Engineering degree, or equivalent with 10+ years in oil and gas, heavy industry, or mining. Candidates must demonstrate extensive knowledge of Human Resources and Safety regulations, strong computer skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyperson Trades certificate or diploma or Engineering degree
- Minimum 10 years' experience in oil and gas, heavy industry, mining
- 5-10 years' of supervisory/site management experience
- Strong computer knowledge required: specifically using Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook and power point)
- Self-motivated individual who works well with minimal supervision and who can achieve both self-imposed and prescribed deadlines
- Proven extensive knowledge in Human Resources and Safety regulations
- Proven ability to work with all levels of people
- completion of drug and alcohol testing
