Job Summary
Lead a team of 10+ employees by recruiting, coaching, and retaining Shift Leads and Operations Associates to ensure safe, productive daily operations. Own the day-to-day management of a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, including scheduling, labor budget control, and maintaining site-level metric goals for order accuracy and fulfillment speed. Strategize warehouse improvements by using data to identify inefficiencies and execute process projects that enhance operations and employee experience. Manage a 24/7 business across multiple shifts with flexibility for late-night and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' of team leadership experience in high volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations)
- track record of developing people and delivering results
- managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees
- college degree, or relevant professional work experience
- flexibility in your schedule
- late-night and weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including using basic formulas and creating pivot tables
