Job Summary
Lead, recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates to ensure safe, productive daily operations. Own the day-to-day management of a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, including scheduling, labor budget oversight, and process improvements driven by data analysis. Drive site-level metric goals for order accuracy and fulfillment speed while partnering with central teams to maintain quality standards. Manage a 24/7 business across multiple shifts, requiring late-night and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' of team leadership experience in high volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations) with a track record of developing people and delivering results
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees
- Flexibility in your schedule, including late-night and weekend availability
- College degree, or relevant professional work experience
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including using basic formulas and creating pivot tables
