Site Manager- DLA Distribution Barstow

Provide full operational leadership for all contract functions at Nebo and Yermo, serving as the central point of contact with the KO, COR, and Government leadership. Ensure compliance with PWS requirements, SOPs, audit controls, and regulatory standards while leading supervisors to achieve performance metrics and Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs). Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and workforce development, and implement the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Customer Service Plan (CSP). Maintain operational readiness for surge, emergency requisitions, and on-call support, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Coordinate with Government stakeholders, Item Managers, Inventory Control Points, and transportation partners to ensure accurate reporting and issue resolution.
