Job Summary
Drive project and site success from mobilisation through to completion by overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at all times. Develop and implement method statements, risk assessments, and demolition plans while ensuring full compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, workforce, and plant operations, monitor progress, and adapt plans to keep projects on track. Conduct inspections, audits, and toolbox talks to uphold best practice, build strong relationships with clients, engineers, local authorities, and stakeholders, and manage waste, recycling, and sustainable disposal practices. Control budgets, resources, and procurement effectively, respond to challenges such as structural instability or hazardous materials, and maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance records. Ensure all personnel are trained, competent, and properly certified, enforcing a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe practices. Collaborate with internal departments to support overall business success.
