Job Summary
Lead and scale an operations team of 10+ technicians and specialists across multiple datacenter facilities; own 24x7 operational accountability to meet or exceed SLAs, oversee incident and change management, and drive staffing, scheduling, and KPI tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Construction, and Product teams; champion process improvements, automation, safety programs, and environmental sustainability. Responsibilities include hiring and developing cross-functional teams, establishing staffing levels and structure, managing ticket queues and on-call rotations, and delivering operational excellence across physical facilities, logistics, and data-center infrastructure. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years in datacenter/IT infrastructure with 2+ years leading teams of 10+.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in datacenter operations, mission-critical facilities, or IT infrastructure with 2+ years managing teams of 10+ employees
- Proven track record managing 24x7 operations with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding availability and reliability SLAs
- Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure including power distribution, cooling systems, server hardware, networking, and facility management
