Job Summary
Lead and own the day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse (5-15k sq ft), managing the local operations team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates to maintain high-quality customer service. Build a strong culture, drive employee satisfaction, and ensure safe, productive operations while managing scheduling and a labor budget. Improve warehouse processes using data to reduce pain points, enhance order accuracy and fulfillment speed, and collaborate with central teams on inventory and training. Requires 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations, ownership mindset across 24/7 shifts, comfort with ambiguity, and a college degree or relevant experience. Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis are a plus, as is flexibility for late-night and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations)
- managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees
- ownership mindset with ability to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts
- ability to solve problems from first principles and adapt to rapid change
- analytical with experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis (pivot tables, formulas)
- college degree or relevant professional work experience
- flexibility to support late-night and weekend availability
