Job Summary
Site Manager to lead a production team at a Dry Mix concrete manufacturing facility in Memphis, TN. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, supervising the production process, overseeing maintenance and preventive maintenance programs, inventory control and audits, adherence to health, safety, quality, productivity, and environmental standards, estimating production costs, maintaining quality standards and customer service, monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs, maximizing transportation/logistics efficiency, collaboration with suppliers, sales and customers, ensuring SOX compliance, and achieving financial returns while meeting local and federal environmental regulations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree is a plus; plus strong leadership, planning, budgeting, P&L, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent of ten years of progressive related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is a plus
