Job Summary
Site Manager for Oldcastle Lawn and Garden manufacturing facility in the Midwest, responsible for overseeing all safety, production flow, maintenance, and financial performance (P&L) of the mulch, soil, and stone operation. Leads staff, ensures product quality and safety, drives process improvements, negotiates raw materials, manages budget and inventory, and implements preventive maintenance to sustain operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree, and/or equivalent combination(s) of education, industry experience and training
- 2+ years manufacturing management experience
- Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
- Must have MS Office skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in wood/aggregates/mining/stone products preferred
- Experience with heavy equipment preferred
