Job Summary
Represent the client on-site to general contractors, subcontractors, and end clients while managing and supporting engineering and commissioning teams. Oversee scope, schedule, cost, and change management; direct subcontractors, monitor QA/QC, and ensure site safety. Lead commissioning activities including loop checks, functional tests, and acceptance testing. Solve complex issues across HVAC, electrical distribution, and automation systems. Produce accurate site logs, schedules, and progress reports. Support future project estimating and transition into project management. Based in the Netherlands for EU national candidates with up to 100% travel across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- EU National
- 3+ years in construction/automation project delivery
- Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Construction Management)
- Experience with HVAC systems (>20MW)
- Experience with electrical distribution (>20MW)
- Experience with PLC/BMS automation systems (>€10M)
- Strong ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, P&IDs
- Proficient in scheduling/project tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
- Professional English (C1+)
- Must be available for up to 100% travel
- Must be based within the Netherlands
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
