Job Summary
Experienced Site Manager to oversee internal and external refurbishment projects in Social Housing across West Yorkshire, the Northwest and North Wales. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure compliance with scope, specifications and programmes, prepare progress reports, monitor schedules, sign off QA documentation, collaborate with the QS team on budgets, coordinate site teams, conduct inductions, maintain materials and PPE, keep a safe, tenant-considerate site, oversee workmanship by direct labour and subcontractors, and liaise with residents and client representatives to minimise disruption. Key skills include proven site-management capability in refurbishment/construction, knowledge of Social Housing environments and tenant engagement, strong organisational and communication abilities, and qualifications in SMSTS and First Aid at Work; Asbestos Awareness is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Site Management within refurbishment or construction
- Valid SMSTS qualification
- First Aid at Work certification
