Site Manager

Managing window and door replacement projects in social housing across Cumbria; ensuring delivery to specification, programme and quality standards. Coordinating site teams, setting objectives, and planning daily activities to meet targets; liaising with residents and client representatives to minimize disruption. Monitoring budgets in collaboration with the QS team to optimise profitability; preparing progress reports and signing off QA documentation. Overseeing materials, PPE, equipment, and ensuring a safe, tenant-considerate site environment; conducting inductions and maintaining accurate records. Managing subcontractors and direct labour to maintain high standards and capability alignment; overseeing quality of works delivered by all parties. Strong organisational and communication skills required; role emphasizes experience in site management within window/door replacement and social housing settings. Desirable: Asbestos Awareness; SMSTS; First Aid at Work. The position is based in and around Cumbria with an in-person work arrangement.
