Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for day-to-day site operations across internal and external refurbishment projects in the Social Housing sector, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Coordinates site teams, manages progress, budgets in collaboration with the QS team, conducts site inductions, maintains accurate records, and oversees safety, materials, PPE, and equipment. Maintains a tenant-considerate, clean site environment and liaises with residents and client representatives to minimise disruption. Desirable experience in refurbishment or construction and knowledge of Social Housing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Site Management within refurbishment or construction
- Knowledge of Social Housing environments and tenant engagement
- Valid SMSTS qualification
- First Aid at Work certification
- Asbestos Awareness (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
