Site Manager

Experienced Site Manager sought to oversee internal and external refurbishment projects in the Social Housing sector, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring work complies with scope, specifications, and timelines; preparing progress reports and QA documentation; budgeting in collaboration with the QS team; coordinating site teams; conducting inductions and maintaining records; ensuring material readiness, PPE, and a safe, tenant-considerate site; overseeing quality of works by direct labour and subcontractors; and liaising with residents and client representatives to minimize disruption. Strong emphasis on social housing environments, tenant engagement, and effective communication, with demonstrated site management experience in refurbishment or construction. Qualifications include SMSTS and First Aid at Work; Asbestos Awareness is desirable.
