Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for overseeing roofing projects in social housing across Leeds and Bradford in West Yorkshire; manage the plan/specification/programme, produce progress reports, monitor programmes, and sign off quality control documents. Coordinate teams, allocate work, and ensure induction, materials, and equipment are in place. Ensure site environment, quality of work, and adherence to health and safety standards. Requires proven site management experience, experience on social housing projects, roofing project experience, in-date SMSTS, and First Aid at work. Desirable asbestos awareness.
