Site Manager

Site Manager responsible for delivering window and door replacement projects within the social housing sector across West Yorkshire. Manage site teams, liaise with residents to minimise disruption, and ensure works are completed to specification, programme, and quality standards. Prepare progress reports, monitor schedules, sign off QA documentation, and oversee budgets in collaboration with the QS team to optimise profitability. Coordinate daily activities, allocate tasks, conduct inductions, maintain records, ensure material and PPE availability, and uphold a safe, tenant-focused site environment. Oversee quality of work whether delivered by direct labor or subcontractors and maintain strong communication with residents and client representatives.
