Job Summary
Site Manager with retrofit/SHDF project experience needed to lead social housing refurbishment works around Sheffield. Responsibilities include ensuring PAS 2035 compliance and programme timelines, preparing progress reports, managing budgets with the QS team, coordinating site teams, assigning tasks, conducting inductions, ensuring safe materials and PPE, maintaining a clean tenant-conscious site, overseeing quality whether delivered by direct labour or subcontractors, and liaising with residents and client representatives to minimise disruption. Requires proven site management in retrofit projects, strong Social Housing knowledge, SMSTS, First Aid, and asbestos awareness (desirable).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Site Management within retrofit or SHDF projects
- Strong understanding of Social Housing environments and tenant engagement
- Valid SMSTS qualification
- First Aid at Work certification
- Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
- Excellent organisational, IT and communication skills
